Found the deinonychus on d20srd (see link below). It had some similar (including HP) and some different stats (including size and damage). Where did this version come from?

Looks like Id's Deinonychus is a Large version of the same creature - the upgraded damage reflects this. Yet the Hit Dice shown is 4HD which should be the small version. If it were an advanced creature with 5 or more hit dice the damage shown would be correct.

John's call on whether Jonas' pets are the medium sized ones (i.e. 4 HD) or large (5+ HD). I guess the stats are given in the module anyway.

Confirmed with Id. The d20srd version appears to be the correct one as they are medium
